ABOUT

 

Blackstone Youth Empowerment (BYE) is a youth development organization that provides comprehensive services to at-risk youth – from 16 to 21-year-olds – and their families.



Through our comprehensive model of educational, health, enrichment and exposure opportunities, the services BYE provides hope, promote lifelong learning, guide youth development, and strengthen family wellness.

Our main GOAL is to be a community hub that elevates the aspirational goals of the people we serve. We aim to promote success across the generations as we inspire overall well-being and build prosperous communities. We maintain our commitment to strengthening communities by; confronting and breaking down the systemic obstacles facing our youth and their families. We do this by offering innovative educational mentoring,  connecting our youth with healthcare services and youth and adult employment assistance.

Young people embracing education as a vehicle to create opportunities. And when we create opportunities that leads to productive changes, we strengthen ourselves, our families, and our communities.

BYE- creates opportunities for youth to have a voice in the development and evaluation of programs at the local, state, and national level.

BYE- experience diverse cultures while also preparing youth for success in a rapidly changing world.
